Chlorophyll-a concentration around Japan in April 2003 observed by ADEOS-2 GLI
Above figures show chlorophyll-a concentration around Japan in April 2003 by the Global Imager (GLI) aboard Midori-II (ADEOS-II).
Atmospheric correction (by CH15 and 19 with water vapor correction) does not works well sometimes in the Sea of Japan; maybe due to thick aerosol (by forest fires?) outflows from the continent.
