MEETING TIME & PLACE

  between 12:00- 15:00.                                      	 
	
	1. Foreign PIs
	  May 11 (WED) at 8:00AM
	  at Main Lobby by Front Desk (Please finish your check out before then.)
	  
	2. Japanese PIs
	  May 11 (WED) at 12:00 Noon
	  at Nasu Siobara Station (Tohoku Sinkansen), right after you go through a 
	  wicket(kaisatsu)
	  ----there is only one wicket in the station.
	  
	3.Others
	  May 11 (WED) between 14:00- 15:30
	  at Registration Counter in Kinugawa Onsen Hotel

REGISTRATION
	1. Foreign PIs 
	  Registration will take place for ForeignPIs in the bus to go to Nasu-Siobara 
	  from Sinagawa Prince Hotel . 
	
	2. Japanese PIs
	  Registration will take place for Japanese PIs in the bus to go to  
	  Fujitsu factory from Nasu Siobara.   	
	  
	3.Others
	  Registration will take place at Hotel registration counter 
	   (It includes PIs who would not use a bus).   
	
	Registration includes following:
	1) An Announcement of Room Numbers
	2) Providing Name Plates
	3) Collecting one copy of your paper works for presentation and Postar Session 
	3) Checking the PI List (to check any changes of PIs and CIs)
	*We will provide you the paper works for the workshop at registration counter.
	
WELCOME PARTY (RECEPTION PARTY)
	DATE:   6 / 11 (WED)
	TIME:    6:30 PM
	PLACE:  SILK  ROOM

PRESENTATION  (June 12 )
	1) You could use View Graphs and Slides for your presentation.
	2) You have 15minutes for your presentation including Q&A.
	3) You are required to prepare one copy of your paper and the materials 
	   for poster session (A4x16 width for each) .

POSTER SESSION
    DATE:    6 / 12 (THR)
	TIME:     7:30 PM
	PLACE:   ROOM3&4
	
	1)You are required to prepare one copy of your paper.
	2)The purpose of Poster Session is to do your presentation for the people 
	  who had to miss it by the parallel session.


	 All the rooms must be checked out before 10:00AM, preferably before 9:30AM. 
	 (If you are attending Executive Meeting, you have to
	       check out your room before then)


	We will check PIs in after Welcome Session (18:00)
