Read Level-1B radiance and geometry (Fortran 77)
- read_GLI_L1B_sample.f (f77 program)
Mapping Level-1B (and Level-2) data (Fortran 77)
- glismap_v24.f (f77 program)
- run_glismap_v24 (compile shell)
Read and display data (MATLAB m-file, need MATLAB package)
- disp_gli_hdf.m (read & display HDF)
- dsp_plainmap.m (read & display binary data output by glismap_v24.f)
- Color palette (1byte (0-255) x 256 x 3 binary) for above m-files
  - GRAD_black.pal (for radiance)
  - Scat.pal (for anomaly)
  - GRAD.pal (for radiance)
  - GS75.pal (for SST)
  - GOCC.pal (for chlorophyll-a)

The HDF library must be installed before this process. The HDF library can be obtained from http://hdf.ncsa.uiuc.edu.
