How to use
- ・Physical quantity=DN*slope + offset
 - ・Reflectance = DN*slope_reflectance + offset_reflectance
 - ・Valid values are during Minimum_valid_DN~Maximum_valid_DN
 - **Caution**
 - In case of Ver.2001 or less, there are incorrect DN values for the invalid pixels (originally, DN should have been 65535, but not). The QA_flag includes the correct information of invalid pixels (DN=65535), therefore you should mask the invalid DN before you use this product.
